    SyncExtPack installation instructions

    Download provided archive and unpack it onto USB pendrive. In the result you will get something like that:

    Inside the “SyncExtPack” folder you will see:

    The USB pendrive can be detached from your PC. Now you need to detach ALL USB devices from your car and then
    you should plug your previously prepared USB disk into your car’s USB port.

    Now open the “Settings -> Display -> Edit wallpaper” menu. Find the “Installer.jpg” file on the USB disk and just click
    on it. Do not try to set this file as a wallpaper it can cause the infinite reboot loop. After some time (usually less
    than a minute) the MyTouch will be rebooted.
    You should wait till the booting process ends:
    Now you need to detach your USB pendrive and plug it to your PC again. Open up the “SyncExtPack” folder
    and rename the “pack_install” file into “install”:

    Then connect your USB disk into car’s USB port again and wait (usually less than a minute) for the
    installation window to appear:

    After installation is complete the update window will be closed or the MyTouch will be rebooted. Now you
    can use the new features of your MyTouch!
