Accounting data is the building blocks of both the template

as well as accounting. Accounting data may come up


with/without calculation.

In this app accounting (custom** data with calculation) is


categorized as follows,

1. General Accounting
2. Business Accounting
3. Composite Accounting

General Accounting
General accounting is when accounting implemented with an accounting
chain* that does not contain any single custom** business accounting
data. Whatever accounting data, user creates in Accounting and/or Items
and its calculation chain* does not include any Business Accounting data,
fall into this category.

Business Accounting
Business accounting is of using invoice data collectively and giving
statistical/mathematical analysis based on customer(s) and time(range).
Business Accounting is the right place to create a new Business
Accounting data.
Composite Accounting
When accounting is implemented using both General Accounting and
Business Accounting, is called Composite Accounting. To qualify to be
Composite Accounting, data must contain at least one Business Accounting
data in its calculation chain*. Composite Accounting data are created in
Accounting.

all accounting data involved in the calculation.

** Custom data
From the system point of view, there are two types of accounting data.
Application data and Custom data. Custom data is defined/configured by
user.

From the system point of view, there are two types of accounting data.
Application data and Custom data. Application data is provided by
the application with very limited scope of the modification/configuration
done by the user.

Each Application data have a specific ID which is fixed and never
be changed.
