PLANNING
Planning is also a management process,

concerned with defining goals for a company's future direction and determining

the missions and resources to achieve those targets.

In the movie you can see a lot of scenes,

where planning is involved. In one scene Dom and the team makes a plan to do a

heist He plans to do it on Reyes who is a very rich person in Rio. He plans to

steal money from all of the ten cash houses owned by Reyes. In another scene

the team talks about how they are planning to do a stealth mission as their target

is a police station, They plan to get into the police station secretly and find

out the make and the model of the vault they are going to heist. In another

scene they plan to acquire some fast and agile cars which are necessary for the

heist.

functions too.
MOTIVATION-
• The leadership of Dominic Toretto.
• Dom controlling the whole team.
• Dom motivating team when the team loses
confidence.
CONCLUSION -
I have always watched movies just for
entertainment and fun. But this activity taught us that we can also learn from
them. The "Fast and Furious 5" taught us how a person can manage his
or her team well for accomplishing the desired goal. We have watched the
movie
a lot many times but never from the management perspective.
