Abstract The Study demonstrates the direct effects of SCI (Supply
Chain Integration) practices and justice on firms’
SCP(Supply Chain Performance). It considers
complementarities between supply chain justice and
integration practice as being crucial from the point of view
of their influence on SCP.
Purpose of The purpose of this paper is to develop a conceptual

framework to describe the main effects of SCI practices
and justice dimensions on SCP.

along with simultaneous implementation of SCI practices
can drive better performance.
Managerial Managers should move in the direction of recognizing the
supply chain justice as well as the viable implementation
of integration techniques along with their SC partners.
Limitation of This article does not tell the quantitative impact of
