Changing Font, Font Style & Size, Applying Border, Adding Picture

1. Open the Word Document.


2. Set the Margin into 1” in all sides, and the Paper size into 8.5” x 13”
3. Line and Paragraph Spacing is 1.5
4. At the Header Write Exercise No 2. Changing Font, Font Style & Size, Applying Border, Adding Picture, at the Footer
write your complete name, grade and section
5. At the window type the following (Except the words with parenthesis & brackets that serves as guide).

5. Access to Design Menu/ Page Borders, Art (Choose your own Border Design), Width - 15 pts.
6. Using Google search, download design or picture of your own choice.
7. Insert your downloaded picture. Change the Layout/Wrapping of the Picture , follow the syntax: Format/ Wrap Text/
Behind Text .
8. Adjust the picture, don’t overlap your picture with your border.
9. To lighten up the picture: Right click on the picture/ Format picture/ Picture/ Under Image control adjust the brightness
of your picture. ( Make it sure your text are visible).
10. Save your picture. Click File. Save as. Document. File name should be Exercise No. 2 (Your Name & Section). Save
as Type: pdf.
11. Send your Exercise no.2 to my gmail account: bluizeats13@gmail.com with a subject or paksa : Exercise No.2.
( Make it sure your document has been attached.
12. To attach file: click the paper clip symbol, look for your file and then click to be attached the send.

Note: Pdf type is not editable so make it sure you proofread your document and it is ready for submission
