Problem: - A problem statement is important for design thinking because it will guide ever team

and provide a focus on the specific needs that we have uncovered. It also creates a sense of
possibility and optimism that allows team members to spark off ideas in the ideation stage.
Analysis
To analyse the problem, break down the complex concepts into smaller, easier to understand parts
from the information collected during the phase of empathy in the empathy map.
Tools and technique:
 By studying the reviews, we got to know that most people are unsatisfied, and we need to
think about it.

so we thought that we need to go throw social media sites like Instagram is now trends
with add promotion.
 depending up on the rating and we understand that we need to reach each customer.

1. How might we increase the quality of the Berger paints by 10% in the coming 6 months.
2. 2)How might we spread awareness about the digital platform by 20% used by Berger
paint in the subsequent month as compared to last month (70%)
3. 3)how might we increase customer satisfaction rate to 60% of Berger paints in the
coming 6 months
