EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

BUSINESS NAME

The company name WEST COAST Printing Solutions was driven to its location in

western coastal area but also bounded from the town of Bauan and also heavily influenced by

WEST COAST CUSTOMS. Since the owner of the company are very attracted to the cars the

owner decided to name it after the famous Car Customization Show and also for the customer

to find its direction since it was located at Western Coastal area in the town of Bauan.

LOCATION OF THE BUSINESS


The WEST COAST print solutions is located at Poblacion III, Town of Bauan, Batangas

where most of the commercial business are located near Rusi Motor Bauan.

VISION

To build a high-class 3D printing and rapid prototyping company that will be known

to execute top notch 3D printing and rapid prototyping project.

MISSION

Establish a standard and high-quality 3D printing and rapid prototyping company whose

services.

WEST COAST print solutions provides a quality 3D printing services will be involved in

the all aspect of 3D printing and rapid prototyping services such as 3D printing rapid

prototyping, 3D printing support services, selective laser Sintering (SLS), fused deposition

modeling (FDM), stereo lithography (SLA) and other related 3D printing and rapid

prototyping services.

COMPANY OWNERSHIP

West Coast is a partnership business held by Ms. Rizalene Marasigan and her childhood

friends. Each of them has ten years’ experience in production management and customer

services. Ann Portia Ramos owns and operates a marketing consulting firm that’s why she is

more focus on marketing their business. Ms. Rizalene Marasigan is a Machine Operator with

over 5 years of experience in the Industrial market with an additional 2 years in manufacturing


and distribution of products. They have proven track record of success in launching new

business projects and directing operations in the past.

The marketing strategy is the core of the main strategy:

1. Direct Selling – This strategy are direct selling to costumer. In this model, sales agent build a

face to face relationship with individuals by demonstrating and selling products.

2. Internet Marketing or Online Marketing – Since we facing a pandemic everybody today use

internet even in class or work. This strategy will help to advertise and promote this business thru

commercial or poster that is posted on social media accounts.

3. Conversational Marketing – This is the conversation with the costumer. It can be private

message or live chats get right information in front of the customer at the right time, allows self-

service and get a questions answered immediately.

WESTCOAST will charge appropriately for the high-end, high-quality products that the

company offer. The revenue structure has to match the cost structure, so the salaries that the

behavior of the customers, and encourage to go back and avail services in WEST COAST again

by the current customers. The Company will depend on television and social media

advertising as main outlet to reach new buyers and potential client.

WEST COAST be developing core positioning message: "Little money Expensive Taste" to

differentiate the service of the business from the competition. WESTCOAST will use local

newspaper advertising, social media and TV to advertise our business.

WESTCOAST will also use social media flat forms to attract potential clients. The company

will make a website and Facebook page to attract customers because WESTCOAST believe that

social media is a part of daily routine of most people.
