Outcomes
-Increased productivity of the marketing team at JU by using the project management system Basecamp
-Led the efforts to move our team into a work from home using products like Blackboard and Microsoft Teams.
-Created and designed marketing materials that recruited the largest undergraduate class in JU’s history
-Led a team that brought all online program marketing in-house from our OPM which resulted in doubling our revenue
in this area through creative design and storytelling
-Designed a PSA campaign that has helped to keep COVID-19 cases at Jacksonville University down to an average of
three cases per week, which is one of the lowest college rates in the country
-Established the Creative Marketing team at JU. This team is dedicated to creative marketing efforts for the University

Daily Responsibilities
-Manage the Creative Marketing team at JU that includes three Creative Marketing Coordinators, two part-time graphic
designers, and six to eight undergraduate interns
-Use the project management system Basecamp to manage projects from start to finish including reviewing team mem-
ber’s work, managing and moving tasks through the system, proofreading, and having our campus clients review the mate-
rials. This process includes a high attention to detail to make sure every product is press-ready and on time.
-Serve as the marketing representative for JU on meetings with stakeholders such as partners and program managers
-Work with our print vendors on projects including creating timelines and reviewing the production of all print materials
-Attend the website and editorial team meetings as the creative services team representative to help align projects
-Manage the Jacksonville University social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter)
-Serve as the brand expert on campus by reviewing all materials before campus installation, answering questions about
logo usage, and providing templates
-Design and handle the production of high-level pieces for the University such as proposal presentations,
admissions materials and awareness marketing

Outcomes
-Increased the number of undergraduate applications and deposits through social media/digital advertising campaigns
on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
-Created a graduate marketing process that increased applications and the number of students enrolled. The process
focuses on going beyond lead generation and thinking about marketing holistically to make sure students enroll.
This could include tactics for graduate programs such as: personalized emails from admission officers, digital campaigns
and design including Facebook, LinkedIn messaging, Instagram, and Facebook, virtual information sessions,
public relations, website design, copywriting, and SEO.
-Increased the number of followers on the main Jacksonville University Instagram account from 5,000 to over 9,000.
-Social Media Lunch and Learn Trainings with content creators throughout the University resulted in increasing
followers on University subsidiary accounts by 90 percent and 13.3 percent across all social media accounts.
-Transformed the main Jacksonville University social media accounts from being accounts that posted fun content to
being driven by strategy and branding. This involved high-quality photography and graphic design. The strategy, in turn,
increased donors and admissions, both priorities for the University.

-Manage a creative marketing coordinator, two graduate assistants, and five undergraduate interns
