I strongly believe that my Venezuelan restaurant will be a complete success in Peru because
there is already a group of people who are very interested in this business. You’ve probably

favorable outcome. For this reason, I have chosen to focus on a small niche market as this
Filipino fast-food restaurant did. I am completely sure that my target market is really strong
since there are many Venezuelan immigrants here. Clearly, they must miss their family and
those good times when everything was better; therefore, my restaurant looks forward to
making them feel at home by offering traditional Venezuelan food. As well as that, the
restaurant’s ambiance plays a remarkable role, so I’m planning to decorate it all with some
wall paintings about the most famous places in Venezuela which will definitely remind them
of their country. Moreover, the background music in a restaurant is essential to create a
welcoming atmosphere and that’s why the music played will be mainly Venezuelan. Later, I
plan to expand my business to other countries in Latin America where there are also lots of
Venezuelans. I have no doubts that my business would be a profitable investment you
