The Applicant and Co-Applicant agree that the amount of the credit limit (the ‘‘Credit Limit’’) shall be determined in accordance with the credit standards in effect at the Bank.

The Applicant or Co-Applicant shall use the Security Flex Line by drawing items on the Account to be open by the Bank to the Applicant on the effective date of the Security Flex Line or by any other means agreed
to by both the Bank, the Applicant and the Co-Applicant. All items honoured by the Bank may be debited from the Account. Items must be issued in the form of cheques authorized by the Bank. The Bank undertakes
to honour all items issued from the Applicant as long as the Security Flex Line is in effect, provided the Bank may refuse to honour any items at any time without notice if, as a result, the debit balance of the Account
would exceed the Credit Limit or the payment would cause an overrun of the Credit Limit. If however the Bank tolerates an overdraft in the Account exceeding the Credit Limit, the overdraft amount shall be payable
on demand and bear interest each day at an annual rate of 21% and the Bank shall not give up or waive any of its rights including its right to refuse further advances in the future.

COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE
The Applicant acknowledges that the Distributor and its
consultants will receive referral compensation for products
and services supplied by the Bank to the Applicant as a
result of a referral by a consultant. The compensation will
be paid to the Distributor who will in turn compensate the
consultant. The amount of the compensation and how it is
calculated will depend on the product or service and will
be based on a percentage of the Applicant’s balances in
the product or service or the revenue generated from the
Applicant’s use of the product or service or a fixed fee. The
actual amount of the compensation will vary from time to
time depending on promotions for sales of products or
services.
NOTICE REGARDING DISTRIBUTOR
The Applicant acknowledges and agrees that the Distributor
and its respective directors, officers, employees or agents
are neither the issuers of the products and services
described herein nor are they liable to the Applicant in any
manner whatsoever for the provision of such products
and services.
