HOURS from the date this Notice was served upon you to the reported refusal to
provide financial support to your children. Copy of the Letter dated September 3, 2020
is hereto attached as Annex A.

Let me remind you that your failure to submit a written explanation within the period
prescribed will constitute as a waiver to explain and this disciplinary matter will be
resolved on the basis of the evidences on hand.
