LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION FOR TUBAGILE RICHARD ANDONGOLILE

I have personally known Tubagile Richard Andongolile for more than 3 years from 2017 to 2020 as my
student undertaking BSc with Education (Physics and Chemistry) Degree (GPA: 4.0) at St John’s
University of Tanzania, Faculty of Naturally and Applied Sciences. She graduated in November, 2020.

The applicant, Tubagile Richard Andongolile is a hardworking, devoted, diligent and very determined
candidate to academics and assigned duties. The applicant is a person who can express his ideas and
concepts in a clear and concise manner both orally and in writing. His regular contribution, and insight for
his peers is excellent. The area of medical physics is relevant to the candidate and therefore capable of
excelling such area at the level of masters.

Personally, and the office of dean has no hesitation in Tubagile Richard Andongolile’s performance and
ability. For this reason, I recommend him for acceptance of the requested MSc Medical Physics programme
at University of West Indies.
