Abbreviations of the various terms used in this pattern Part 1
Use red yarn
MR = Magic ring
Make a chain of 14 stitches, turn,
sc = single crochet
Row 1 to 37 : 13 sc, 1 ch, turn
slst = slip stitch Row 38 : 13 sc BLO , 1 ch, turn
ch = chain stitch Row 39 to 51 : 13 sc
dec = decrease Finish, cut the thread leaving about 15 cm long.
BLO = back loop only
Part 2 – The sides
Use red yarn
Material
Make a chain of 25 stitches, turn,
• Yarn size 3 : red and gold Row 1 et 2 : 24 sc, 1 ch, turn
• Hook 2,5 mm et 2 mm Row 3 : 1 dec, 22 sc, 1 ch, turn (23)
• needle Row 4 : 23 sc, 1 ch, turn
Row 5 : 1 dec, 21 sc, 1 ch, turn (22)
• Textile glue
Row 6 : 22 sc, 1 ch, turn
• Red felt Row 7 : 1 dec, 20 sc, 1 ch, turn(21)
• iron. Row 8 : 12 sc, 2 slst, 1 ch, turn
Row 9 : Skip the 2 slst, 1 dec, 10 sc, 1 ch, turn (11)
Row 10 : 10 sc, 1 slst, 1 ch, turn
Row 11 : Skip the slst 1 dec, 8 sc, 1 ch, turn (9)
Row 12 : 7 sc, 1 slst, 1 ch, turn
Row 13 : Skip the slst, 7 sc, 1 ch, turn (7)
Finish, cut the thread leaving about 15 cm long.

Then sew them as follows:
Sled rail
1 - sew the sides on part 1, be Use gold yarn
careful to align the sides Row 1  : 6 sc in MR
Row 2 - 40 : 6 sc
2 – then sew like the green. Tuck some wire into it. Then close.
Each rail should be at least 15cm long.

Place the sled on the rails.

Sew them.
Bend the front and back of the rails.

With the golden thread, make sc all along the edges of the sled:

Tip :
I cover all the inside with red felt.
It make the sled stronger and cosy.

You also can make each part twice

and put cardboard between.

And here is your sled is done!
