Payment Mode, Delivery time, Warranty and Training Details

Inco-terms: DDP

Payment Terms: 50% by TT in advanced as down payment(DP) , balance before shipment by TT

DP is non-refundable if order is canceled by customer
DP cannot be brought forward to another new order if the initial PI is canceled by customer

Production Time: 30-35 business days after received the deposit

Packing: Ply wooden case/plastic twisted

Documents:
- Original Bill of Lading 3 originals,
- Commercial Invoice 2 originals,
- Packing List 2 originals

Warranty period: 12 months from the date of installation and testing in the buyer’s premises but
not longer as 18 months from delivery date, excluding the wear and tear parts.

Installation and Training: OMEX TECH provides free training at our factory. OMEX TECH can
also go to buyer’s factory for free installation guidance and training at buyer’s requirement, the free
period is 5days, the buyer should do well the civil engineering and other jobs requested by the
seller. All the VISA cost, airline tickets and accommodations are at buyer's expense.

Force Majeure: Should the sellers fail to deliver the contracted goods or effect the shipment in
time by reason of war, flood, fire, storm, heavy snow or any other causes beyond their control, the
time of shipment might be duly extended, or alternatively a part or whole of the Contract might be
canceled but the Sellers have to furnish the Buyers with a certificate attesting such event of events.
Disputes settlement: All disputes arising out of the contract or in connection with the contract
shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for
arbitration in accordance with its Rules of Arbitration in China. The arbitral award is final and
binding upon both parties.
