What changes in employment relationships are likely to occur as the population ages?
-As population ages within the work field, there can be a number of differences that can occur
specially in terms of employment relationship such as the variations in abilities and performances. One
can be established between work forces having population ages is what we called discrimination.
Discrimination arise from the gap in their demographic characteristics, traits and personalities,
preferences and personal opinions. These differences can potentially affect individual's performances
positively or negatively from time to time. One way or another, it is crucial for a manager to differentiate
and recognize what changes can be of any use for the growth of company.

Do you think increasing age diversity will create new challenges for managers? What types of challenges
do you expect will be most profound?
-One of the major challenges a manager can face is the difficulty in handling these personnel
most particularly when a certain discrimination already exists. The disparities between the young and
tenured employees is a must to be considered, it is either young can dominate the tenured or else, the
tenured party shall dominate otherwise. Nevertheless, how these circumstances may highly procure, it
is due inevitable that it will be a lot of problem for the work field. Also, the differences in skills and
intelligence can be a factor as it directly leads to their performance in work.

How can organizations cope with differences related to age discrimination in the workplace? How can
older employees help?
-Different organizations can have several ways or techniques on how could they possibly deal
with this situation that concerns a lot with the age discrimination. Having to acknowledge these
preferential differences is the very first step to be able to resolve such a problem. Next to it is to be able
to treat them fairly in accordance with their personality and work preferences. One must discover a very
effective program which addresses the diversified compacts of the workforces as well as having to come
up with the unification of varieties to function as one with an ultimate goal of achieving company's
success. It is very crucial to learn more adequate and precise strategies that caters a diversified
workforce all over time.
