GUIDELINES FOR REPORTING


(Individual Performance Task)

PREPARING THE WRITTEN REPORT:


1. In preparing the written report, the student should follow the given format:
1.1. Make sure to provide title page for the written report
(see written report format uploaded in your course in Schoology)
1.2. The written report must contain the following components:
A. Topic:
B. Objectives:
a. Cite at least three objectives you aim to accomplish at the end of your
discussion.
C. Terminologies
a. Identify at least three-five important terminologies that the class should
learn during the discussion of your assigned topic. Define each
terminology. (numbered list/ bulleted list)
D. Content
a. Important details and information that your classmates should know and
understand about the topic.
Include example cases/scenarios, illustrations, diagrams, pictures and
other form of documentations as supporting details in your content
E. Values learned
a. Identify specific corollary/Franciscan values you can integrate with your
topic and explain briefly
F. Summary
In 5-7 sentences summarize the important points and ideas that your
classmates should learn from your reporting.
G. References: (follow APA format)

1.3. The written report must be limited to:


A. Font: Arial
B. Font size: 11
C. Paper size: Letter Size/Short bond paper (8.5” x 11”)
D. Spacing: 1.5
E. Margins: 1-inch all sides
F. Maximum of 10 pages

1.4. Written Report should be submitted one week before the reporting schedule.
PREPARING THE POWERPOINT PRESENTATION:
1. Students are not allowed to do the presentation if he failed to submit the written
report.
2. No minimum and maximum slides per presentation.
3. Make use of creative and professional template to organize the content
(You may include pictures, illustrations, diagrams, charts to support your content)
4. Presentation should not exceed to 15 minutes.
5. The content presented in the written report must be evident in the PowerPoint
Presentation. DO NOT PLACE AN ENTIRE PARAGRAPH TO THE SLIDE.
6. First slide must contain the title of the topic and name of student presenter.
7. Providing a short creative activity or games related to your presentation will give
you an additional points.
8. For questions and clarifications, message the subject teacher through message
feature of Schoology.
