PAYMENT MODE:
 50% of the amount needs to be paid as advance along with P.O., 50% amount needs to be
immediately paid after the chamber, commissioning, Installation & Successful Inspection at your site.

DELIVERY DETAILS: Product will be delivered within a maximum of 4-5 weeks from the date of receipt of the
P.O. firm and complete in all aspects along with the specified advance payment.
PRODUCT WARRANTY:
 One Year warranty will be provided from the date of Successful Installation, against any mfg., or
functional defect.
 Only Six months warranty will be provided on Electronic Components.
 Warranty on Standard Components like Motor, etc will be as per the OEM Warranty Terms.
 Warranty is limited and will not cover parts failure due to over or under voltage, negligence or
mishandling by client, uncontrollable circumstances like Flooding, Lightening or Cyclone, Corrosion etc.
In such case we will repair the part/s at preintimated cost and labour on chargeable basis.
 Warranty voids, if opened or serviced by client or any other unauthorized person, unless and until
intimated to us & approved by us in writing to do so.
QUOTATION VALIDITY: This quotation is valid only for 30 days after which it may be subjected to revision.
GENERAL TERMS:
 All Legal Issues or Disputes (if any) are subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction.
 All Clerical & Typographical errors are subject to correction.
