As partial requirement of the ENT300 - Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship subject, we are

obliged to submit a Business Plan project to you.

2. For this purpose, we have decided to create housekeeping service through our company
YOUR HOUSECARE ENTERPRISE. We chose this type of business since there is plenty of
business opportunities and potentials in this industry in the area especially in Kota Bharu
Kelantan. Besides that, these areas are a populated and commercialised area with a good
geographical location, being in town centre, is a bonus point to our company. Below is the list of

Alhamdulillah we have finally completed our business plan. To be honest, none of us

thought that we can finish this job on time but apparently we did and thank to Allah SWT for
giving us the strength and spiritual to keep going and get it done as plan.

During the whole period of preparing this business plan which is Your Housecare
Enterprise especially during the final week before our presentation and before submitting this
proposal, we went through a lot of tough times. We believe without one person that has been
guiding us throughout this journey, we will not going to make it until the finishing line. That
person is our beloved lecturer which is Sir Muhd Aizuddin bin Razali. We would like to express
our high gratitude for his delicate and kind advices to guidance us in this business plan of our

Executive Summary

1.0 Introduction

Your Housecare Enterprise is a housekeeper service centre that located in PT 530,Rumah Kedai Lembah
Sireh, 15050 Kota Bharu Kelantan that allows the entire family to have housekeeping and childcare
service that will easier their hard and busy life. Your Housecare Enterprise provide various services that
including housecleaning, childcare & babysitting, interior design, and landscape maintainance.

Through unheralded customer attention, Your Housecare Enterprise will slowly but surely gain market
share as it services the entire family, creating long-term relationships. Your Housecare Enterprise has
foreseen this opportunity to provide the finest and highest quality of housekeeping to all people, despite
their need on housekeeping, babysitting & childcare in this generation. Thus, has shown that Your
Housecare Enterprise know that demand on housekeeping is higher in Kelantan because there are just a
few housekeeper company that cannot fulfill the demand of Kelantan citizen.

We Your Housecarer Enterprise, saw the opportunity that this type of business has the big potential of
success provided that it is handled efficiently. People have always needed to take care of their child and
their home but with their busy life, they need us to provide our housekeeping service because by our
housekeeping and childcare service, their life will be easier and smooth. We see this as a way to prosper
in this market, by taking advantage of people need in housekeeping.
PURPOSE
2.0 Purpose

This business plan is prepared because to convince venture capitalists, investors and banker in order to
raise capital and obtain support for the venture. We need investors to raise fund for the purpose of
company management and upgrading. This business plan is also being drafted so that Your Housecare
Enterprise will get the financing it needs in order to start its business. The loan is crucial in order to start
the business, so the presentation of this business plan is vital to gain the confident of the bank. Your
Housecare Enterprise has asked from Bank Islam for a loan up to RM 150,000 so that it can build itself in
this business. The other RM 100,000 will be from the accumulated capital provided by each shareholder
in the company. Each shareholder has agreed to contribute RM 20,000 each. The financing will be used to
purchase a start up assets like equipments, advertising and many more. We also use this business plan as a
guideline to the manager in order to succeed in the business. Your Housecare Enterprise has all the secret
ingredients to be one of the best in the business. We have set out our entire target in order to be
successful. This business plan will includes company background, marketing strategy, operation plan,
sales forecast and also the most important, the financing plan of the business. Your Housecare Enterprise
will fully utilize all the assets so that it can maximize the profit. The profit that the company gets will be
used to pay the loan that is given. Your Housecare Enterprise is completely confident that it will be able
to pay the loan back including the interest payment

 Our location is located near Kota Bharu which attracts parent that busy with their work life by

providing various of housekeeper service.

 Advantage of location in helping business to achieve objectives

The place or location plays an important role and is surely to affect our business. That is why before
setting up any business, we must first consider the location that we choose on building up our
business company. The reason supporting our chosen location, that will be in Lembah Sireh Kota
Bharu Kelantan is due to its strategical location. It is located at the centre of attraction and has a large
target market. Besides that, the chances of our business to survive will also be higher since we offer
more interesting services including Housecleaning service or childcare service. Our chosen location is
basically a big town with a hiher number of population but shows huge potential to developed.
Besides that, our companies is also located near customer household that will help our business
excellence.
