1. Present your typical day/week (p.11)

At the moment, I work as a fitness instructor at a gym in Iasi. I usually
start my work at 7:30 am. Before going to work, I have breakfast and I prepare a
second packed meal. The road to the gym is relatively short and allows me to
look at what I will do that day at the gym. I consult the main activities and the
potential clients. Once I get to the gym, I take my equipment and I have a
discussion with my colleague about the daily activities.
Most days are similar, I start with my training because in the morning
there are not so many people at the gym. When it gets crowded I start training
the clients. I help them with various exercises and correct them if they perform
wrong.
For some customers of the gym I make personalized programs and food
plans.
When I have some spare time I usually eat lunch at 12 o`clock. My
program ends at three o'clockand there are some days when I stay after the
program to finish the activities I have planed.
At the end of the program we have a meeting where we discuss what
happened during the day and about the future plans for the gym and clients.
The most important thing is to do what you like, then the greatest
satisfaction will come and I really enjoy what I do for a living.
2. Dilemma and decision (p.14) - Wrie a brief email to the Transal Board
recommending the best option and giving reasons for your best decision.

Dear Transal Board,

I am Luca Stefan and I represent Tranynor & Weldon associaties, a company
specialized in training and consulting services.
I am writing this email to explain why our program is the best choice for
you.
First of all, our consultants would be sent in each subsidiary to arrange
training courses. These courses would be addresses to all your employees, also
to the low-level workers.
If you take this option, your workers could have an oppotunity to speak
with the experts and express their points of view.
The early improvments would be visible immediately and they will raise
your reputation between shareholders and staff.
