ENGLISH SPEAKING CLUB RECRUITMENT

1. Tell us about your strengths? *

-I always try to finish the goals that I have set on time. Therefore, there are not usually any
incomplete deadlines.
-I can both work individually and work together.
-I can use almost all Google tools, Canva, and Final Cut Pro (just the basic but it is
acceptable).
-I often listen to other people's opinions to improve myself.

2. What about your weaknesses? *

-I do not know how to drive, so it is maybe inconvenient for me to travel.
-I have never participated in any clubs yet. Nevertheless, I will try my best to finish
successfully all the tasks given.
-I am an introverted person, I hope I can find my happiness in ESC. <3

3. Do you join any club other than ESC? What club is it? How do you balance your
time when joining two (or more) clubs? *

I have filled the recruitment forms of "Doan Bo mon Anh" recently. I do not know whether I
will be accepted or not. But, if I was extremely fortunate to be passed in both clubs, I would
arrange my routine schedule proportionately to deal all tasks on time.

4. When do you consider that a team is working efficiently? *

A team will work efficiently when they can discuss face-to-face together offline or online
with video call. In a team, there must have a leader to lead the team go into the right way.
Moreover, all members of the teams should have strong responsibilities to what they do.

5. Why do you choose ESC? (Take it easy you guys) *

I choose ESC simply because I would love to work in an entirely English environment, so that
my English skill can be enhanced. Furthermore, there are so many awesome "hoạt
activities" organised by ESC I'd love to join in <3 <3

6. What is your thought about how vital solidarity plays in teamworking? How to
enhance connection between teammates? *
Solidarity plays a crucial roles in team working, without it, nothing goes right and we are no
longer a real team. Thus, in order to have good relationship between each member, we
might have to organise some bonding activities/ games. In addition, if there is any problems,
we can talk directly to the people involved.

7. Do you have any experiences working in clubs or any activities?*

Actually I have little experiences working in clubs, but I did have experience in working in
groups. I used to participate in Hoa Phuong Do campaign when I was in high school and it
ended successfully.
8. Should we have a plan B for events? Why? *
It is completely essential for having a plan B for events. Planning one more plan for the
event do not worth much time, so it is better to have one in case plan A did not work well as
what had planned.
9. Why do you want to be a part of Planning department? (state your strong points,
reasons why we need you, etc.) *
It would be a huge honor if I could be a part of Planning department. First, I think planning
things is kind of my daily routine. Therefore, I'm really used to it and I also have experiences
in predicting (bad)things could be happened. Secondly, I have got a strong responsibility in
what I am doing. Before I receive a task, I'll estimate myself whether I can handle it or not. If
there was time I was overload, I would tell the one who give me that task my present state.
