ECONOMIZER CLEANING, INITIAL CLEANING:

1. Select a boiler that has been secure for a period of time to allow the
economizers to cool to ambient temperature. Pre-wash gas side of
Economizer with water.

2. To one pail of Aquatuff add 0.5 Defoamer Concentrate, this will

reduce the amount of foaming during the cleaning and wash down
procedure.

3. Allow the solution to penetrate deposits present, but do not allow it to

dry by spraying on more Aquatuff and then wash down with high
pressure cleaner machine.

4. Once economizers are clean we recommend the use of our automatic

injection of Soot Remover Liquid and auto dosing unit

Install SRL automatic dosing unit, this unit will be set at manufacturer, 6
times injection per 24 hours, if necessary I will get daily fuel consumption
for selected Engine.
