 Proposal for Our Project
1. Introduction
Our Project is to create the Milk Management System. It Comes Under the General Mill
Management System.
Our main focus is to create to communication between rural area and a dairy Company. This
software help to register all the suppliers, Buyer details, purchase, Sales details etc. To manage
all these, they require a full-fledged software which will take care all these.

2. Market Survey and Existing Systems

There is some software available in market which are being used for the management of a Dairy.
They all are free on Google and can be used by anyone, But some of them has problem. They
cannot handle more data or accounts system.
Some of management systems are following:
 Vaquitec
 Afifarm
 DairyCare 
3. Features of the System
This System will include some of basic features that can be used by anyone, Everyone can use
this system due to its user friendly interface.

6. Objective of Dairy Milk Management System:

The main objective of this application is to make easy the operations of the Milk Distributor
Office. They need to maintain hundred and thousands of records. Also searching process should
be very fast so they can find required details instantly. 

7. Tools and Techniques:

In this Project, “Java” Language will be used.
