    Sir
    I am in receipt of notice for appearance as witness in CBI court on 14-11-2019
    against P.K. Aggarwal for supply of witness in various RATE CONTRACT case.

    In this regard I want to bring to kind notice that I have attended the CBI court on
    30-11-2015 and 27-06-2018 (attendance certificate enclosed).

    That I am old person aged 77 years. For me it is really difficult to travel due to old
    age problems like B.P., Aches in back and knees. Recently I also have been got
    operated for cataract and have some problem in vision.

    I therefore request your good offices to get these cases fixed on consecutive dates as I
    have genuine problem in travelling.

    Further I request you to please excuse my presence for this time due to weakness
    suffered by viral fever etc.
