Noted the situation for hydraulic 
pressure decay time.

Please advise if this oil drain Believe that this oil drain is normal
is normal?
According to the discussion with the 
maker, it is possible a little oil draining  
from this drain hole is found.

Please kindly measure the amount of 
Opposite side  draining oil (L/min) on each  this drain 
drain hole hole and opposite drain hole under the 
engine standby condition.
*please inform the hydraulic pressure 
in case of the drain measurement.

And, please measure the amount of 
draining oil on same holes concerning 
other two  HCU blocks.

This drain condition is normal.
