We, the students of NATIONAL COLLEGE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, taking up BS IN


ARCHITECTURE, are currently enrolled in ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN 9: Thesis Research Writing
(ARCH 047). We are currently working on a site study with the thesis title: : “MAXIMIZING THE
MINIMUM: OPTIMIZING METAMORPHIC ARCHITECTURE FOR A NEW DIVISORIA”.

In line with this, we would like to seek for your help by allowing us to conduct a research, interview,
and gather information in your respective office. These are the following requirements that we
need to gather:

● Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) ● Vicinity Map

● Socio- Economic Profile ● Master Plan / Site Plan

● Zoning Ordinance ● Transfer of Certificate Title (TCT) of the selected site

Listed above are the information that will greatly help us in our study.
