Learning Feedback:

This article is tackles about most common vaccines/immunizations and infection control inside the
Emergency Department but the main purpose of this article/issue the purpose of this editorial is to
introduce a collection of infectious disease manuscripts published in this issue of the Journal of
Emergency Nursing (JEN) and briefly introduce a framework of vaccine hesitancy relevant to emergency
clinical practice. The article discussed various factors of vaccine hesitancy and provided a framework
about it. The article is relevant to the nursing practice since nurses or emergency clinicians are the ones
that administer the vaccines or immunizations and us students we have been taught about vaccines,
their schedules, purpose, side effects and etc. That’s why this article is important and serves as a
refresher or reminder for the immunizations/vaccines and infectious diseases we might forget in the
future.

The article also provides vaccine safety course, immunization and training and a number of handouts for
certain types of vaccines/immunizations.
