USER MANUAL OF THE SYSTEM FOR

MONITORING EQUITABLE MORTGAGE

Open Internet Explorer and type the following URL in the

address bar. www.kviconline.gov.in/em The following
screen is displayed.

Click on the login button. Then the following screen

appears

Enter the given user name and password. Click on Login

button and the following Main page opens


Details of properties entered by the Central office
may be verified by clicking on the list of properties
which displays details as follows

If any data given in the list is to be modified, then

select that particular property by clicking on the
radio button shown in the property Id column and
then click “View and update data” button The
following page opens in which the user can make
any modification.

After making necessary changes save the record by
clicking on the save button and the Property List
page opens again. Similarly, if a details of a new
property is to be added, then click on the “Add
Property” button and the following page opens.

Enter all data and click on save button or cancel

button to go back to Property List page.

Click on cancel button in the Property List page to
go to the Main page to make Loan details of instns.

Click on the Loan details Link in the Main page
and the following page opens

If any data given in the list is to be modified,
then select that particular loan by clicking on the
radio button shown in the Loan Id column and
then click “Update Loan” button The following
page opens in which the user can make any
modification.

After making necessary changes save the record

by clicking on the save button and the Loan List
page opens again. Similarly, if a details of a new
Loan is to be added, then click on the “Add
Loan” button and the following page opens.

Loan Id will be automatically generated. Select a

beneficiary institutions from the List by clicking on
the Beneficiary and enter the loan details. The
details are to be given as on a particular date and
the same date is to be entered in the “Loan details
as on:” column. After entering all details click on
save button and the Loan list page opens.

Click on Cancel button to go to Main page.
Click on Reports link to view reports .

There are two reports pertaining to i) Details
of Properties and ii) Details of Loan.

Reports are in .pdf format. To run the report
you require Acrobat Reader 6.0 or above
which can be downloaded from the net.

The user should make timely updation in the

package to ensure availability of correct
information at all point of time.

Functionalities of he package:
i) To collect all details of the immovable
properties mortgaged in favour of KVIC.
ii) To know the current status of Loan
outstanding in the name of KVI institutions.
