Gentlemen:

We are pleased to inform you that CLIENT NAME will accept bids for the COMPLETE STRUCTURAL,
MASONRY, WATERPROOFING, ARCHITECTURAL, DOOR, PAINTING, MECHNICAL,
ELECTRICAL, FIRE PORTECTION, SANITARY, PLUMBING AND METAL & GLASS WORKS
for the RESIDENTIAL BUILDING located at AL Ain, UAE, in accordance with the Bid Documents
including but not limited to the plans and specifications prepared by the Client Name

Bidding documents will be available for pick up upon confirmation of attendance in bidding.

Pre-bid meeting is scheduled on 27 August 2020, (Thursday) at 2:00 p.m. and look for Princess Agnes
Apostol (0995-554-5238).

One (1) set of sealed bid in duplicate copies shall be received at the office of CLIENT NAME on 23 October
2020, (Friday) not later than 3:00 pm.
