Dear Mr Pierrakakis,

This letter agreement (the “Extension Letter”) refers to the Technology Agreement dated March 24, 2020, by and between the
Ministry of Digital Governance, Greece (the "Customer"), and Palantir Technologies UK Ltd. (“Palantir”), (the “Agreement”).
By signing this Extension Letter, Palantir and the Customer hereby agree to extend the Period of the Agreement by three (3)
months. For clarity, the extended Term shall commence on 24 September 2020 and conclude (unless otherwise agreed by the
Parties in writing) on 23 December 2020. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
