YOUTHVILLE
MOBILE APP
The Youthville Mobile App is ease and
convenience all rolled into one. Over here,
residents can view their details- their general
information, fees paid, pending payments for
services and more.
This app can also be used to view the
attendance, view events and stories, give
feedback of food services, etc. Through
Youthville Care, they can also raise any service
issue for their hostel and track them.
The app is their one-stop-shop for all Youthville

SECURITY
All Youthville Serviced Hostels have staff
stationed at the premises 24 hours. Biometric
restricts access into hostel premises. Access to
rooms is by electronic key card (where
applicable). The Operations Manager shall
provide a key/key card of the allotted room to
the respective Youthville Hostel Resident. In
case of loss of the key/key card, a penalty fee
of 500/- has to be paid and a duplicate
key/key card will be issued at the discretion of
the Operations Manager. Spot checks by
Youthville Staff will be conducted periodically.
All common/public areas of the hostels are
under CCTV surveillance.
 ELECTRICITY &
AIR-CONDITIONING
Youthville Serviced Hostels provide air-conditioned accommodation on
a prepaid basis. Each room is equipped with a prepaid meter. Youthville
Serviced Hostels will bear the cost of electricity up to a limited amount
per student per month. Should the resident of a particular room want
air-conditioning beyond Youthville’s set limits, they can recharge the
meter at their own expense. Instructions on how to charge the meter
are mentioned in the hostel admission kit.

LAUNDRY
Washing of student’s/resident’s clothes is
included in the hostel fee. The service is
provided twice a week and for up to 10kg
of clothes per month. Ironing/dry
cleaning is available at a charge. We also
offer iron and ironing boards in the hostel
for those who wish to iron their own
clothes. Please contact your YV Buddy for
a Laundry Rate Card.
 BIOMETRIC
ACCESS &
SMS ALERTS
Entry to the hostel premises is restricted to
residents and authorized staff only with
biometric access Attendance will be updated
on the residents' Mobile App. If required an
SMS alert will be generated upon entry in the
hostel premises which is sent to the parent's/
guardian's mobile number provided at the time
of admission.

STUDYING
FACILITIES
A study room/area/desk is provided
at each hostel as best suited to the
premises. In addition, common study
room 'Gyaani' is located at selected
Youthville Serviced Hostels in
Mumbai for the convenience of the
students. Gyaani is available 24/7 for
the residents of the hostel where it is
located and from 7 am - 10 pm for
residents of other hostels.
WELL-APPOINTED
ROOMS
Youthville Serviced Hostels provide comfortable and
well-appointed 2-sharing and 3-sharing rooms with one
wardrobe per student and single beds with in-built
storage. Residents should bring in their own toiletries
and daily essentials.

CHOTI
BHOOK
A 'Choti Bhook' is provided at
each hostel which is equipped
with a microwave, induction plate,
toaster, utensils and crockery.
Students can get in their own
supplies to prepare themselves a
snack or beverage.
 HOUSEKEEPING
Youthville Serviced Hostels' custodial staff members
are responsible for sweeping and mopping
bedrooms and bathrooms daily. An acid wash of the
bathroom water closet (WC) will be done once a
week. Students are responsible for making and
maintaining their bed areas. Housekeeping Services
will be provided once a day between 9:00 am to 1:00
pm. Pest control is carried out periodically at all
hostel premises.

A Library is available at Gyaani where students
can draw books on a returnable basis. Contact

ACCESS TO
COMPUTER
Free access to a computer with
internet connectivity is available
at YV Ahluwalia House, YV Prajan
House, and YV Hemu Villa.
TV
A television will be provided in each
hostel premises common area.
WI-FI
Unlimited Wifi @ 50-100 MBPS
is included in the hostel fee.
PRINTER
Printing facilities at a charge are also
available at the YV Ahluwalia House, YV
Prajan House, and YV Hemu Villa.
 DOCTOR ON CALL
A General Physician is available on call for students.
Visitation charges are applicable.

fees for the academic year

YOUTHVILLE
ID CARD
A Youthville ID card will be provided to
each resident.
 REPAIRS &
MAINTENANCE
Youthville Serviced Hostels cannot guarantee
against temporary failures of utility systems or
defects caused by ordinary wear and tear. Youthville
Serviced Hostels plans ongoing maintenance for its
facilities and other systems throughout the year.
When this maintenance impacts common facilities
(Breakout, Gyaani, etc.) prior notice will be sent out
via email. When maintenance is needed in an
emergency, notice may not be provided, and
residential spaces will be entered by the officials to
perform that maintenance.

COFFEEVILLE
Coffeeville located at YV Ahluwalia House
serves beverages and scrumptious snacks
prepared by our own chefs at very special rates
upon presentation of their ID for our residents
and their friends.

HOT WATER
 MEAL
A Continental/Chinese menu will be
served once a week. A Traditional
Food Festival will also be arranged
once a month. Residents can give
feedback on their meal experiences
too.

BREAKFAST
Fresh Seasonal Fruits, Cornflakes with
Hot/ Cold Milk, One Hot Vegetarian
Breakfast, Tea, Coffee.

LUNCH
01 Dal, 01 Veg, Salad, Roti, Rice.
Dessert will be served thrice a week.

DINNER
01 Salad, 01 Dry Vegetable,
