First and foremost, all praises to Allah SWT for giving me chance to complete this report on time.

I am sincerely want to express my gratitude to my supervisor and co-supervisor, Mr. Desmond Khoo and

Ms. Anapurni who have greatly shared their knowledge with me with patience and diligence in helping

me to meet the necessary works for the completion of my practical training. Their dedication and keen

interest above all and their overwhelming attitude always motivate me and make me confident in

completing my work along the duration of this training. In addition, their scholarly advice and approach

have helped me a lot to a very great extent to accomplish this training successfully.

Besides that, I would like to thank my Industrial Training supervisor Puan Hasni Binti Hashim, a lecturer

from Department of Commerce in Politeknik Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah(PSA), Shah Alam for

her guidance, advice and support besides her willingness to spent her time to meet and visit me at my

workplace for evaluation. I also want to thank my parents for the financial assistance and for their

endless support who always guide and give words of wisdom to inspire me in doing my best in preparing

this report.

Not to forget, it is my pleasure to express my deep sense of thanks to my colleagues who are willing to

give cooperation and spent their time to help me throughout my practical training. I want to thank them

for their willingness to give suggestions and to share information and knowledge with me. I am very

grateful to have the opportunity to work at this company together with the team that I have worked with
