fulfillment of the course of MBA under Pokhara University. To explore the theoretical
knowledge in real world, Pokhara University has been emphasizing internship in the
seventh trimester of MBA program. I am grateful to the Pokhara University for
embracing internship as an academic requirement.

I owe a debt of gratitude to Mr. Mahesh Bohora (Team Lead) and Mr. Anand Shrestha,
(Trainer, Team Lead) of KTM Techies, Sankhamul, Kathmandu who guided, bolstered
and challenged me throughout my internship period and providing me kind suggestions
while preparing internship report. I am also thankful to Apex College and all lecturers
for providing the fundamental concept in the theoretical as well as practical aspects
towards the relevant subject based on my internship and excited me towards the
objectives as well.

with IT operations in real world scenario and creating friendly environment to attain the
