Come to 5 PKL around ITB and draft our advice for them and tell the fees

 Ayam Crispy Masbon Salman


Advice : Put some banner or poster near the booth so people will be more aware there is a
food booth there, or the Ayam Crispy can also use singer just like street art to perform near
the booth so it will attract people to come to the booth ( we suggest to cooperate with the
street art musicion they can seen by more people and the merchant will be visited by more
people but if can’t we suggest to hire but in rational price among Rp 100.000 – Rp 250.000)
Fee for the advice : Rp 50.000 – Rp 100.000 ( we have decided yet how much the price is
certain
Response : The merchant think that our suggestion is make sense and worth to try because
it is easy to do and do not need large funds

 Game & software Seller (In front of Salman mosque)


Advice : We sugget the merchant to give some demo of using game or softwre that he sell so
people will interest to buy the software, we also suggest him to sell his product in online
store such as tokopedia, bukaplapak, etc. The merchant can also use instagram or forum in
facebook to sell their product.
Fee for the suggestion : Rp 100.000
Response : The merchant say that our suggestions are good, he think he will try it so that he
can get more income. For the suggestion fee he say that our fee little overprice for UKM but
still make sense.

 Lontong Kari saraga


Advice : We suggest lontong kari’s merchant to put a banner in front of saraga main gate so
people who passing by saraga will know there is a food tenant inside saraga. We also suggest
him to put their product in Go-Food or Grab Food so that many people will know the food
and he can reach larger market.
Fee for the suggestion : Rp 100.000
Response : He can not put any banner or poster as he want because there is an organization
that set trade activity in saraga but our suggestion to put the food in Go-Food or Grab Food
is well recieved, the think that is good and he will do that, but for the fee he think some little
merchant still mind to pay for advertisement moreover it is just for the suggestion, so he
think the fee is to overpriced.

 Susu Murni Saraga


Advice : We suggest the susu murni merchant to register their product in Go-Food or Grab-
Food so he can reach larger market, moreover if he can provide pay with gopay or ovo
people will be more willing to buy (because sometimes people won’t to buy because they do
not haave any cash)
Fee for the suggestion : Rp 100.000
Response : The merchant do not want to register his product in online market or using
cashless methode because the do not understand enough to use it and he think
conventional way is better for him

 Ayam Geprek Buncit


Advice : Because the position are near from another ‘ayam geprek’ We give the merchant
suggestion to make a poster or x-banner that will atract people to come to the booth and we
also suggest them to give some promo to make people interested buy the product.
Fee for the Suggestion : Rp 100.000
Response : They say using x-banner or poster are good, they already try to make a poster
but they think it will not give significant impact for them, but they said they have not try
make a psoter os banner with creative/attractive content so they said it is worth to try for
the promo they said they already do it still going. For the suggestion fee they say it is make
sense for UKM and not to overprice

Conclusion :
We conclude that in giving advice or idea to promote a business we have to really know how
the business run, how is the human capability, how is the place condition, and what kind of
think that can make the merchant more sells. For the fee we also have to condition how
much the prices that can reach by our client but still give us a profit
