Conclusion on design thinking

 In the end I would like to conclude


about the project about the design
thinking of a Business plan regarding
the establishment of a café in
Gopalpura road, Jaipur .

 So the idea for setting up this café is


putting the use of Hogwarts express
and tv series of friends for
entertainment purpose of family and
friends.
 We are going to make a page of our
café on through Instagram so that we
will upload picture on that page and
will tag to various food pages and
Jaipur vloggers so maximum people
can see. Mostly people will explore
new places on Instagram to explore
them .

Our main targeting is youths so
students of coaching as our café is in
the area of coaching hub so students
can come and will be consider our
café as the happening place. In the
start we are going to know our
customers that what type of people
will come to our café and according to
that we will try to target system. We
will provide special coffee flavors that
has unique name so by name
customers will willing to buy that.
And with coffee we are going to
provide snacks with no cost and some
unique tasty biscuits.

 As our most of the material will be


perishable items so we have to
purchase with more carefully so we
are planning to purchase from our
nearest suppliers so first we can
purchase limited and if there is need
of more we can purchase more and we
can serve quick and fast delivery .

 So, we want to invest more on the


ambiance because without quality we
cannot be able to compete with our
customers and for quality it is
necessary that we must invest in
more. One partner will be active
partner so he will get more profit and
others will be the sleeping partner so
they will get less profit as compared
to active partner .

 Every Restaurant or café is bound to


ensure that its operations must not
harm to environment. This is very
important license.

 As our café is the start-up so we are


not going to appoint any HR manager
we are going to manage café on our
own as we will not be able to afford
for the salary so initially we are going
to manage from inventory
management to customer feedback
and take care of every employee and
try to fulfil their every needs so they
can work with more efficiency and
will not get any chance of complain .

 Rental space we are going to Rent a


space that will cost us around
40,000to 100,000. Café design and
furnishing will cost us around
200,000 to 500,000. license cost will
be around 400,000 including fssai and
all 32 + license, our operational cost
will be around 300,000 and our labour
cost will be 20% to 30% of total
revenue.
