Executive Summary

Y’ CAFÉ is an Café Shop for every students and working people who wants to enjoy studying and working
in a relaxing way. The Name of business is Y’ Café shop, Y’ for a word YOLO which means “you only live
once”. The idea of Y’ CAFÉ came from the owners who are currently an employees in a company. Since
they are a workers themselves and experience being a students they know every struggles and pains of
students and workers well as how the majority cope up with their stress and their way to relax, they
invented the Y CAFÉ. We would like to locate Y’ CAFÉ in _______ where schools and busy workplaces
stood. It will become a huge opportunity for us to welcome students and working people in our shop as
for our very interesting interior and inferior design. Y’ CAFÉ will have a modern interior design with
wood details from furniture to fixtures that will help our customers to relax and feel homey as they stay.
We also thought of having a mural paintings inside our shop for coffee lovers and to make the shop
realistic. Rules and regulations will surely a priority once inside our shop. Cleanliness and safety will
always present to achieve the harmonious and peaceful place.

Y’ CAFÉ exists to serve our main coffee product along with variety of choices of coffee that suits our
customers tastes and likes. It will serve high-quality COFFEE to students, and business people who work
and study nearby with an affordable price. We plan to hire two full-time employees with at least two
years of barista experience, as well as two part-time employees to help during busy periods. We will also
a provide pastries that we believe will make our product than other coffee product. Our main product is
Puff Coffee which is invented by the three founders of the shop. Puff Coffee is overload with toppings
and fillings and can be hot or iced coffee depends on our customers demand. Our main partner for our
coffees is Banana Fritters that surely the best with coffee with affordable pricing.

We plan to open our business in Mid year of 2023 as the construction and renovation of our shop goes
in nine months starting by the end of the month of October.
