STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
 The purpose of this Wonderland Café is to create and
serve a good quality service and products which are also
affordable to the costumers. This business plan will
serve as a guide to me and my staffs on how to run this
business to our success. Writing this plan will also serve
and provide clarity for the business and better
understanding. This will help prioritize task that are
most important and with growth, the plan offers a
common understanding of vision to the new members.
 Through this business plan I can easily budget my money
and profit to the expenses in opening my own café, and
through this business I can help my family and make
other people happy by serving them a good quality
service and product. It will also give me a coherent idea
and overview through the time.

BUSINESS IDEA
Wonderland Café is a start-up business that would be launched in January 1,2026 at Bay-Bay
Boulevard Borongan city. This business is originally design for all kinds of people with
different interest and likes. Through time the world and the way people live is changing.
During this time people mostly refer to the internet and gadgets for almost everything.
During the time of pandemic there were many ways discovered to support the needs and
wants of many Filipinos just like foods, shopping and many more by using technology or
internet and by using different apps. To continue the business of many Filipino they uses
different kinds of social media flat-forms. But now since we are already in the new normal
we must adapt to our new society and community needs in terms of businesses. Now that
we are already in the new normal, we can go now to school, to the office or works, and
because of this we got to have a lot of works, assignments, projects, paper-works and many
more that makes us tired, stress, depressed because of the different problems encountered,
and also sleepless because we usually work at night or do an overtime. Because of this I
created an idea on how to make my business suitable to our society or community and the
people in it.
This business is both product and service but this is not only a simple product and service
but a good quality one and budget friendly that offers a variety of products and services to
the costumers. This business would be a nice, relaxing, and comfortable place to think,
study, work, hang out with friends or enjoy with your family and friends. To make sure that
costumers would love my offer rather than any simple café I would add some twist to my
business that the costumers would love and enjoy. By adding some trending twist I’m sure
that many melenials would keep coming for it.
My café would be a two story building with an artistic look and design and also visually
pleasing for the costumers. The first floor would be a wide place with 6 long tables and with
4 to 6 chairs each, this is where the counter and the kitchen will be also put in, along with 2
CR (for men and women), I will also put a book shelf near the windows with books in
different genres, and stuffs to attract the costumers. The design would be artistic like
painting the wall with beautiful images and decorations. This area is where a large group of
people can enjoy. While the second floor will have a 12 round tables with 2 chairs each. The
design would be a simple interior design and elegant. I will add simple touch just like putting
some different kinds of lights to make the place more pleasing. I will add some sweet twist
to this area in the future. In this area this is where couples or best-friends can enjoy and also
take some photos together. I will also add a rooftop for those people who like being alone
or for them to have a relaxing place to enjoy. Outside the café I will provide a space to put
some umbrella’s and sits. In this case my costumers would have a lot of choices to which
place they want to pick. My café would have a free wi-fi or

internet connection and a free souvenirs for them to take home.

This café will serve different kinds of foods with different kinds of flavours that the
costumers would like. This includes coffee, tea, milk tea, cakes, cup-cakes, waffles, halo-
halo, sundae and many more. I will also add some artistic touch to the food, like designing it
with edible arts like flowers, butterflies, cartoon characters or even anime characters on top
of the food and I will also add some promos. This products are also affordable and budget
friendly for the costumers.
Because of this my business would be popular among people and I’m sure that many people
would have interest in visiting my café and would keep coming back to enjoy in this place.
BUSINESS NAME
The name of my business came from a movie name Alice Adventures in
Wonderland which is a fantasy movie about a girl traveling to a beautiful and
magical place called Wonderland.
As you can see the name of my business is Wonderland café this talks about a
particular place with the same characteristic of the place wonderland in the
movie Alice Adventure in Wonderland. This characteristics are beautiful magical
and most of all full of wonders. The name is very simple, easy to remember and
pronounce but this is also catchy because many people would have interest in
knowing this place if they hear the name of a business Wonderland café. This
will be unique among other business names because it is very interesting and I
just made it my own. The name came from my own idea of making my café a
wonderful place for everyone to enjoy, relax, work, study or make memorable
memories just like stated in my logo “A wonderful place to be”

 My café would be for everyone who are interested in it, people with
different interest and like, gender and nationality, for kids and grown up
because it has different kinds of products that everyone would like. My
business would be passionate about serving world class quality
products/food/beverages and experiences that are affordable among all
people.

MARKETING
 ONLINE PROMOTION, FLIERS AND POSTERS

In marketing I would use online promotion and posters to promote my

business. In promoting my business through online I could use different social
media flat-forms just like facebook, TikTok, Instagram and other social media
flat-forms. Through facebook I can create a facebook page for my business and
post some details or information about it. Through tiktok and other social
media flat-form like Youtube I can make an advertisement about my products
and why the costumer should buy this product and come to this place. Through
Instagram I can post some pictures detailing my business. Through posters I
could use tarpolins that includes some information about my business this will
include what kind of product and the location of this business. This kind of
business promotion will be put in designated areas where we are allowed to
put it. Through fliers I can distribute a small handbill or booklets about my
business to the costumers or people personally. Through this I can also convey
people to visit and come this place.

Wonderland café offer a low cost and affordable products which are a good quality one. Our
product start with a prize of Php. 50.00 above. The prize of the product will depend on what
kind of product that you buy. We offer some discounts and other promos example is a buy
one take one promo for some products, if you buy a large size sundae which cost 200.00
pesos you can have a free medium size sundae in return and if you buy a 2 package of
cupcakes which have 6 pieces per box you will have a discount of 5%. This are only some of
the promos that we can offer to our costumer’s and if the business will be successful in the
future we can offer a lot more.
