MISSION: Our mission is to make a healthy food in low budget that any family can
afford because we believe that big success starts always in small with a good heart.

VISION: Our vision is showed how to build a vision for my business to helped
become passionate about our brand.

OBJECTIVES: Our objectives are to give a healthy food from the rice in low budget
meal.

A. DESRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS

My business product was considering a small enterprise only like the other
small business we also inspired to grow as well. This product built to give an
affordable food with healthy benefits to our body. This food has a budget friendly cost
that anyone can afford.

This product can compare to other bread that made in rice flour or flour the
only different was Arz Cake was made only in rice that pure ground rice without any
flour ingredient added.

My business was located in Brgy Masili “Talipapa” Calamba, Laguna that have
a small cart,that food cart that can assemble and can moved anytime anywhere.

This product can compare in hot cake because it cooks by fried also. Unlike
the hot cake our arz cake was not flour. Arz cake have an easy and few ingredients
and that is why it is affordable and healthy food. We known that rice is rich source of
carbohydrates that keep energized our body, this Arz Cake it can be alternative to
rice that keep our body energized too.
This food product is healthy and affordable. Food is always on the table that
we need to eat to live. This food is priority health this food is good for our health and
affordable as well, can be your breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner food it is also
handy food that you can bring anywhere.

My product Arz cake from the word of Arabic arz which mean ‘’rice’’ and cake
that can food made from a dough or batter that is usually fried or baked. Arz cake
inspired food by muslim-maranao food called “apang” that milled rice. I made this
product to share and give the taste of muslim-maranao filipino delicacy. We know
that rice is rich source of carbohydrates that keep energized our body, this Arz Cake
it can be alternative to rice that keep our body energized too.

This product is easy to made and cooks by fried like hotcake and wrap in
clean banana leaves. These foods can make remind of hotcake that really Filipino’s
street food rice flour with a yellow color of it but this time our food was make in milled
rice without any food color put in. To the fact this food also easy to make, new to
others or not familiar to non muslim-maranao food and it is inexpensive.
B. MARKETING
Can be located in Brgy Masili “Talipapa” Calamba, Laguna that have a small
cart, that food cart that can assemble and can moved anytime anywhere.
My business target customer was the students, neighborhoods and the
guest’s customer resort nearby in our store.
Filipino’s really love to eat; everyone loves to eat. To promote my business
product, I can join in Facebook group post it on public to Facebook page of
Facebook chat that can be seen by the residents nearby and we give some flyers for
the private resort for their guests, our store is easy to be seen.

C. COMPETITOR
My business considers as competitor are the streets food and other vendors
that sells food as well and that located near by my store.
This product can eat anytime and anywhere. It prepares easy and fast that
you can eat it after cook like hotcake. You can eat it even if it is not freshly cooked or
hot, it does not lose or change the taste of it. You can also re-heated or cook.

D. OPERATING PROCEDURE
We always open but not 24hours. 7am to 5pm from Monday to Thursday and
on 7am to 9pm from Friday and Sunday because the guests of private resort nearby
in my store.
The person or staff in my store it can be by one person who has well trained
to how to cook and served. The staff can wear that clean and comfortable clothes but
he or she should be wearing gloves, apron and hair net to present nice to customer
and friendly as well.
The food should be prepared clean and secured. The ingredients prepare in
clean area and the utensil used should be wash in proper and every day before it
cooks.
Arz cake is easy and fast to cook prepare time 1mins and cook time 5mins only
however we can cook in advance and place it in clean glass food storage display, we
choose the glass over the plastic container because glass has a non-porous surface
that doesn’t absorb like plastic and can be safely washed at higher temperatures in
your dishwasher without melting or warping. Glass food storage containers have a
withstand high heat and can maintain the heat of freshly cook food.
As the owner of business my duty was to monitor and check always my business
progress and how to improve it, to grow. As to my staff my responsibility was to
guide them and how he or she handle the customer need when it comes to my
product. I consider also the suggestions or feedbacks of customer to my product that
helps it to improved.
