(herein after referred to as “the Company”)

Position

You will be hired in as a Self-Employed Electrician (Contractor)

You will be required to be flexible in this role and undertake any such duties assigned to you by the
ASEELTD supervisor on site. Such duties may fall outside the remit of your normal working duties.

Commencement Date

You will be hired in as a contractor on site from Monday 18th January, 2021.

Remuneration

Your agreed fee will be €28.50 per hour.

Payment will be made by BACS (direct transfer into your named bank account, and made fortnightly
in arrears. The management reserve the right to deduct at source any overpayment of fees or monies
owed in consultation with you.

Income Tax

As a self-employed contractor, you are accountable for your own income tax as well as any other
mandatory contributions to be made such as pension etc. You will also be responsible for your own
holiday and sick pay.

Insurance

You are covered solely by your own employers and public liability insurance. Copies of this must be
submitted to Sitecrew to keep in our records.

Hours of work

Working hours may vary depending on demand on the particular site that you are hired into.

You will be required to work in FR11 Substation, Friesstrabe 7, Flurstuck 3/56/ Flur 41, 60389,
Frankfurt am Main.

Some degree of flexibility may be required as you may be required to work in a variety of locations
as and when work demands.
