MIS 321
Description The basic purpose of this course is to provide students with a broad
understanding and knowledge of several operations management concepts.
such concepts include operations strategy, process design, supply chain
management, total quality management, JIT, forecasting, capacity planning,
inventory management, human resources and quality management.

a final exam. The grade allocation is as follows:
