Summary

Responsible on all IT related aspects such as network infrastructure, equipment, and software, starting
from installation, maintaining, and ensuring the optimum productivity across EF English Centers for
Adults up to creating a system as a solution.

Key Responsibilities
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Installing, configuring, maintaining, repairing, and replacing computer hardware, software,
systems, networks, printers, scanners, and any other equipment, including data recovery
2. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
3. Create technical documentation and initiate safety protocols for the use of IT across
departments and projects as well as provide training and technical supports
4. Act as a liaison between end users and third-party support / regional IT support
5. Perform site visits for routine inspections, inventories, and trainings as well as monitor system
and network performance
6. Collaborate with other departments to identify systems requirements and provide solution, up
to creating a system for it
7. Design user interface and web layout using HTML / CSS practices
8. Support business in simplifying and automate reports
9. Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
