adopt optimization design for meeting the characteristics of Chinese medicine and the requirement of GMP,
it has the characteristics of compact mechanism, small volume, lower noise, precision filling dosage,
multi-function, stably running etc. It can finish the following
motion at the same time: capsule feeding, capsule separating, powder filling, capsule rejecting, capsule

Main Characteristics:

It has been improved the inner design turret, and imports beeline bearings for each machine from Japan
directly, so that it can be sure a longer usage-life and precision of machine.

The working station cam runs under the good lubricating condition, and maintains the inner lubrication of
cam slot to a full extent, increasing the pressure pulverization oil pump, thus extends the operation life of
the spare parts.

It is controlled by the computer, has a stepless timing with the frequency-conversion, the numeral showing
makes an easy operation and clear appearance.

The multi-bore dosing brings a precision dosage (it is controlled around ±3.5%);

The capsule qualified rate is higher than 99%. It can be filled with the Chinese traditional medicine and the
Western medicine.

It has protector equipment for the operator and the machine. It has automatic pause equipment when it is
lack for the material. It has a steady and safe working; it is the best choice for the hard capsule made

Terms and Conditions:

Payment
30% deposit payment with purchase order; 70% balance prior shipping

Shipment
Lead Time: Approx. 40 days shipping upon receiving purchase order and 30% deposit payment.
Customer is responsible for all freight and crating charges for machinery unless stated otherwise.
All crating, freight and insurance charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping from carriers.

Set-up and Training

Onsite set up and training at $100 per day per technician/engineer plus travel expenses.
Installation does NOT include bringing utilities to equipment location nor moving the equipment into place.
Aligned technicians are not allowed to wire or utility plumbing (gas, water, air, or steam) or building modifications during
any installation of equipment and auxiliary equipment.
(End-user is responsible for actual round trip airfares, local hotel, meals, accommodation and local transportation.)

Documents:
IQ - OQ , all required documents , and spare soft copy of the PLC program for each equipment.

Validity:
90 Days from quotation date.
All changed to original purchase order must be in writing and accepted by Aligned.
Revision and changes to existing orders may result in new charges to be born by buyer.

Cancellation Fees:
There will be a fee of 30% value of the order.

Warranty:
Valid 12 months from date of shipment.
