Let’s Make It Happen This Year

We just came to know today that almost all the NY teams are practicing hard this
and we am sure that NJ and PA are doing the same thing. So this is what our meeting
is suppose to be about.
Another thing we want to talk about is that nowadays everyone has issues with each
other. We really don’t care what those issues are. We NEED your GAME not your
mouth or any other problem you might encounter between each other.
KJ’s success
1. Try to play on a whole ground if can. If not spread as far as we can and the
play.
2. Goals should be at least 7-8 feet. It doesn’t matter how many goals each team
scores. Use the 10 passes play we used last summer before scoring a goal.
3. STAMINA: try to play at least 3 to 4 times a week. We know everyone works
or go to school so, if you can’t make it to the practice each member of the
team is responsible for at least 3 miles of running, jogging, or sprinting.
That’s only 12 laps at myrtle. No walking. This rule is MADATORY.
4. Please no more cursing or blaming or yelling while practice. If anyone is
doing that right now say sorry to rest of the teammates. If anyone does that
in the future say sorry or my bad then get back in the game. Otherwise
there’s a penalty which will be discusses later as we proceed with our season.
Instead of yelling and screaming if you focus on the passes and control the
ball it will look very professional. Like the coach say all the time “WE ARE
PERFORMERS”
5. Money matters you guys know we already talked about it last season but this
season is going to be different. Since we are here we can talk about it how
much everyone is willing to pay and then we can decide.

So these are the few rules we need to adapt in order to succeed. If anyone who
doesn’t want to comply with these rules is more than welcome to leave the team.
Don’t think we won’t have players azad club players are all over the place to join the
team.
We know this is going to sound weird but not only you guys are going to do this for
yourselves to win games but also for the community. Richmond Hill is a place people
look down upon. We can make it better by at least winning this year and the next
coming up years. Help kids to get some motivation and learn soccer or play any
game besides doing drugs.

Make something for yourselves as well as for others. We should start this season
strong and finish strong.

If you have any suggestion PLEASE do let us know and we can move on from there.

Thanks you for your time
