DQ#1 What is the difference between a project, from the view of the PMBOK, and the view
of a CPE from Grisham (2009) .
In my opinion, the end of the project life cycle is the beginning of a specific charter, and may
close after the PMBOK transaction and acceptance. In addition, with regard to the project
team, there is no procedural responsibility for the temporary or long-term interpretation of
project income that may take several years to achieve.

However, Grisham's CPE refers to the project with a description of where the project
manager looks at costs, schedules, and resources. In addition, the risk is related to the project
plan. Therefore, the project analyzes how it relates projects to plans and pricing projects as
plans.

DQ#2 - 4 references minimum. What leadership skills and attributes do you believe are
essential for an international project manager? Why?
Project managers play a very crucial role in the operation and success of the projects
they preside over. Intelligent and successful project managers have with them firm and smart
management and leadership skills. Firm management skills are achievable via knowledge,
and practices, whereas leadership skills are attainable and qualities of the same advanced. It is
through effective leaders, that there is an advancement of leadership skills, which make the
leaders to manage, and achieve the goals and objectives of any project. With this
understanding, therefore, there will be scrutiny of the various leadership skills and attributes
that are essential for an international project manager.

One of the core leadership skills of project managers is the ability to lead key
stakeholder engagement at each stage of the project. If the project is in the planning phase,
the project manager typically meets with the department heads and / or team members who
will participate in the project. At this point, a great leadership brand is essential to successful
project manager skills. At this stage, equally important technologies are also important to
project managers. For example, project managers need powerful communication skills to
encourage team members to share ideas and advice. This may not be important.

An international project manager should have the skill and attribute associated with
communication. Every aspect of the project lifecycle from the beginning to the termination is
dependent on an efficient and competent communication channels and deliveries. An
international project manager should have a clear communication with the rest of affiliates
and teams, concerning the project’s goals, objectives, performance targets, expectations,
feedback, and responsibilities among other related components. A project manager with an
international accord should have the ability to link with other project managers in the
international ranking and have a benchmarking for advancement in the delivery of
worthwhile outcomes. Besides, through communication skill, an international project
manager should incorporate the negotiation and persuasion aspects, which will ensure the
success of all the teams in the project. The vertical and horizontal communication channels
should be one of the best ones, for the success of the effective delivery of information to and
from the project manager.
Creation of motivation and inspiration as a skill is critical composure of an
international project manager. International project managers should have the ability to
motivate and inspire their employees, in accord with the manner in which they should work
amongst themselves. With this skill, an international project manager should align workers
into the goals and objectives of the project, with a focus on recognition of their efforts,
encouragement of team members to advance in their delivery capabilities to their very best
and purposeful contributions. Primarily, international project managers should have in place a
proper development of this skill, through motivating and inspiring various sectors in their
projects, which forms an important aspect associated with human resource management
sequences for team advancement.

The best leaders show what attributes they have achieved success. First, set a clear
vision and vision. They are always clear and concise. There is nothing to achieve with their
vision. This gives people an opportunity to digest their goals and decide whether or not they
will support their cause. Generally, because people know what they want, they will feel
attracted to those who have a clear picture in mind, not to mention how to get there.
Sharpness leads to good achievement.

Second is resolution. Once they decide, they will not hesitate - all hands on the deck.
They show great consistency in their decisions, and rarely make suggestions or change their
minds, but they are absolutely necessary. Commitment shows a very high commitment to a
great leader.

Power is blessed by virtue of what you can get. While some people are naturally less
courageous than others, they have been able to perform the path to be bolder - or at least the
devotion of the project - and many efforts have been made to fulfill their role as special
leaders. The fourth is passion. Nothing is more encouraging than meeting someone who cares
about what they do. The ultimate leader demonstrates infinite energy and enthusiasm for what
he does. Whether you read a book or read it in a lab, do not be ashamed of your passion for
what you lead. As long as you have a passion or care for what you know, it will shine and
people will follow it.

The fifth is humility. While confidence in leadership is very attractive, there is no low
personality to create a preferred person. Great leaders recognize that they are wrong and
criticize it as an opportunity for growth. Show me how grateful you are in the world. This
will show you how well you can perform your leadership competencies ("The 5 Essential
Qualities of a Great Leader", 2018).

To conclude, a great leader inspires others, colleagues, customers and children. They
are excited about the possibility of creating an exciting future for themselves.
They wake up every morning and see every effort they make as part of a great plan to achieve
something beautiful in their lives and move on to a positive attitude.
Leaders are optimistic. They see opportunities and possibilities in everything that is positive
or negative. They look good in every situation and every aspect. They are looking for
valuable lessons found in every problem or frustration. They never experienced "failure".
Instead, "Write it down by learning experience. A good leader has at most meanings and
purposes in all areas of life.

They are working every day with clear goals and plans. Leaders are clear about where
they go and what they have to do to go. Their actions are purpose and purpose. As a result,
they are five to ten times more likely than ordinary people to run daily without worrying
about the future.
