Remember that the winner in every work place is always whoever communicates the most
clearly. Whether you're dealing with employees, bosses, colleagues, or customers, your ability
to get what you want depends on how well you talk and write. To be able to do this, bear in mind
the five basic rules in communication discussed in session 2 of our Core Skills Training course:

mentor on Wednesday by 12 noon. Feel free to send a message to your mentor for
