PETITION

The undersigned petitioner, Marilou Agustin, through the

undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Court respectfully states that:

1. She is a Filipino Citizen, single, of legal age and a resident of

Pinasling, Gerona, Tarlac.
2. She is enrolled as a third-year student at the Tarlac State
University-School of Law.
3. She is currently enrolled in the legal forms class under Atty.
Cristina Elaine D. Mangrobang.
4. She acknowledges the upmost importance of Legal Forms class
in order to become an efficient and effective lawyer someday.
5. She acknowledges that all of the topics that will be discussed
are useful and important in the legal profession.
6. She acknowledges that she has to do her part as a student and
obtain a grade of not lower than eighty percent (80%) in order
to comply with the retention policy of the school.
7. She acknowledges that she needs to comply with all the
requirements and pass all the exams in order to pass the
subject.
8. She acknowledges that her Professor will be a big help in order
for her to learn matters in legal forms.
9. She acknowledges that she needs to prepare before going to
class.
10. She acknowledges that she needs to show utmost diligence
in order to pass the subject matter.
11. Therefore, she should be given a passing grade after
performing a satisfactory performance in class.
 PRAYER

Wherefore, it is respectfully prayed that petitioner shall be

given a passing remark for doing her part as a student with utmost
diligence.

Petitioner further prays for such other reliefs as the Court

may just and equitable.
