UPDATING OF THE WASHING DUCT/FILTER COLUMN
DW N.S. (New Structure) - 60cm - ELECTROMECHANICAL / ITRONIC / ELECTRONIC
(This document updates and replaces the previous S.B. Publ. No. 599 34 14-48)
As from serial no. 004... (January 2000), all New Structure 60 cm dishwashers are gradually fitted with both
a new washing duct and a new filter column.
The modification consists in an internal integration of these two components (washing circuit and drain
circuit) and, in the drain phase, ensures that the water is completely transferred from one circuit to the other.
This ensures that the final residual water remaining in the sump is stabilized.

- On Electronic DW (pnc 911886 and 911896), this modification was introduced starting with serial no. 944...

INTERCHANGEABILITY

- Three kits (one for each type of dishwasher) are available to service engineers, and can be used on all
pre-modification appliances fitted with the old components.
- The new components (pos. 116 and 132A) are NOT interchangeable individually with the old components.
They are only interchangeable TOGETHER; in this case, component pos. 109 is not used.
- If part pos. 116 is requested after stocks are exhausted, the corresponding kit will be supplied.
- The old part (pos. 132A) will be supplied while stocks last, after which the correct kit must be ordered
according to the type of dishwasher (visible or hidden heating element).

N.B. When repairing an appliance with problems of washing and/or draining, this modification should be
carried out as well as the routine checks
