 3 Skills that I think that are important for me to develop in this point of my career
1. Risk management
Project risk management is the process of identifying, analyzing and then responding to any risk
that arises during the project timeline.
A risk is anything that could potentially impact the project’s timeline, performance or budget.
Risk management strategies might include extensive detailed planning for each risk to ensure
mitigation strategies are in place if issues arise over the life cycle of a project to help the project
remain on track and meet its goal.
It is important due to several reasons like in Risk management there are many steps take place
like Identifying the risk, analyzing the risk, prioritizing the risk, assigning member to risk,
respond to risk, monitoring the risk.[ CITATION Ste17 \l 1033 ] Meanwhile, thinking of any project
there are many potential risks that came along with it which needs to be handle with perfection.
So, I like to develop this by investing in decision making skill, be detail oriented, be organized,
understanding the technicalities, a handful technique regarding these that help me in future to
handle projects in a way that leads my career to success.

2. Conflict management
Conflict Management is the practice of recognizing and dealing with disputes in a rational,
balanced and effective way.
Conflict management implemented within a business environment usually involves effective
communication, problem resolving abilities and good negotiating skills to restore the focus to the
company’s overall goals.
A conflict can arise anywhere in workplace or even while developing project charter, Budgeting,
Staffing, taking risks and many other reasons. To overcome conflicts while working over
projects there are several techniques to do so like, Accommodate, Compromise, Direct, Problem
solving(negotiating), Avoiding the conflicts.[ CITATION Man18 \l 1033 ] Briefing conflict
management will also help me having excel in Problem -solving and good negotiation skills as
well. I can gain the skill by staying calm and recognizing the conflict, maintaining the positive
attitude, Practicing active listening and communication skill.
3. Technical Writing
The Technical Writer must be organized, analytical, detail-oriented, possess common sense and
patience, and be an excellent communicator. Technical writing illustrates the plan, control,
maintain, and be persistent in bringing the project to completion.
Documentation is necessary in any project that explains every point from planning to the overall
status till finish of the project and that should be in a way which ensures target achieved.
Judgement in selection of person in specific jobs, prioritized, organized and under control, the
project will be brought to fruition.[ CITATION The12 \l 1033 ]
I choose this because just like other skills have bunch of techniques that help to develop the
same, the technical writing includes time management skill, Organization skill, communication
skill, team player, positive attitude, problem solving ability. I can achieve the technical skill by
using layouts, improving searchability, remembering audience (who is going to read it?),
illustrating strategies. In this competing world only a handful person with skill can fulfil the
demand of success.
 Skill that I choose that is of particular interest
Conflict management is the process of limiting the negative aspects of conflict while increasing
the positive aspects of conflict. The aim of conflict management is to enhance learning and group
outcomes, including effectiveness or performance in an organizational setting. Properly managed
conflict can improve group outcomes.
I choose conflict management because it is not only going to help to overcome conflict within
organization as well as outside world too. Although we all know that it can occur anywhere
through our daily basis activities. Having .this Skill or ability not only provide me a professional
but also a personal growth as well. I can gain the skill by staying calm and recognizing the
conflict, maintaining the positive attitude, Practicing active listening and communication skill.
