I. RATIONALE:
With the rapid pace of change in education, the Judge Jose De Venecia Sr. Technical-Vocational Secondary School
will conduct an In-Service Training program to provide and sustain quality education in spite of community quarantine
brought about by COVID-19. Learning must continue and it should never stop. JJDVSTVSS is ready and committed in
fulfilling the department’s Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan taking into consideration the public health
standards. This in-service training was based on the teacher’s distance learning data gathering form.
Continuous development for teachers’ both professional and personal should be assured in order them to
become more competent in their profession thereby satisfying the needs and demands of the 21 st century learners.
In-Service Training is a great learning activity to keep up the demands of the new normal through trainings
that would improve instructional techinques and strategies of teachers in the new normal education. With this, we can
equip and enhance teachers in providing quality service to our stakeholders and meet the expectations of customers
and the requirements of teaching profession.
Terminal Objectives:
Upskilled and updated teaches who are ready to fully support and be involved in the
implementation of the Basic Education – School Learning Community Plan (BE-SLCP).

MONITORING AND EVALUATION
The In-Service training will be monitored and evaluated by SGOD-SEPS monitoring and evaluation
through using the on-line evaluation form for the participants. The results of the evaluation will be
consolidated and will be used for improving the conduct of the succeeding training.

This is to authorize WILLY U. GUIEB, Principal III whose current working station is at Judge Jose De
Venecia Sr. Technical-Vocational Secondary School to conduct the learning and development program
entitled: “2020 INSET SEMESTRAL BREAK” on December 14-18, 2020 composed of 64 Junior High
School teachers, 17 Senior High School teachers, 7 head teachers, 1 assistant principal and 1 school
principal.
