The most difficult questions are questions no. 4, no.7, and no. 9, p = 0.38 only 38% of the class got the
correct answer.

3. Which item has the poorest discrimination?

Question no.7 has a negative discrimination -0.25.

4. Which questions would you eliminate first (if any) – why?

Question no.7 because it has a negative discrimination.

5. Assume that questions 1, 4, 7, 9, and 10 were Level II (higher-levels) on Bloom’s taxonomy. What
would the difficulty indexes for these questions indicate? How might you change your teaching
strategies?

These questions will indicate differences of difficulty index, questions on higher level on Bloom’s
Taxonomy determines how are they going to apply not just mere remembering or head knowledge.
Since on Bloom’s Taxonomy the higher-level is creating/create, I will give activities wherein they will
perform based on what they have learn and it will determine as well if they have learned something
from the lesson.
