MT700C TRACKED TRACTOR

IMPLEMENT INSTABILITY UPDATE - RP 6366

Advice
Under some operating conditions, the hydraulics system may experience instability
of hydraulic pressures. In addition to the pressures fluctuating at the implement
valve stack, the attaching implement hoses may pulsate. An update has been
released to resolve this issue.
To resolve this issue, three things have been changed:
1. Load sense and pump reference hoses have been changed from a dash 4 to a
dash 6 hose size.
2. An orifice has been added to the load sense line.
3. An update to the implement valve software.

Figure 1
The new hose routing is the same as old hose routing. The three clips in Figure 1
need to be replaced due to the larger diameter of the hoses. However, the
connecting fittings to the hose will be the same, except part number AG135975
positioned at the bottom of the implement valve stack.

rework is not 100% complete by the completion date.

Travel Allowance
Claim one (1) additional hour of labour for travel on warranty registered retailed
machines only.
